Biography

Andreas Gripp (he/they) resides in Leamington, Ontario, with his partner, Carrie Lee Connel. He is the author of over 30 books of poetry, including what a fuck up, what a fighter; Volare & other love poems; and Clocking the Equus: poems selected and new. His writing has also appeared in publications such as Carousel, Descant, and Literary Review of Canada, as well as anthologies including Poems in Response to Peril: In Support of Ukraine, Tamaracks: Canadian Poetry for the 21st-Century, and Goodbye Billie Jean: The Meaning of Michael Jackson. His poems are grounded in the contemporary experiences of both common and uncommon people.
